Manual Winch Features
Marine manual winches are divided into manual anchor winches and manual mooring winches, complying with professional marine industry standards for tensile performance:
1. Manual Anchor Winch
The rated tension is determined by anchor chain or wire rope specifications. The overload tension is 1.5 times the rated tension, and the braking tension is no less than 0.45 times the breaking tension of the anchor chain.
2. Manual Mooring Winch
Standard rated tension grades: 5kN, 10kN, 20kN, 30kN, 50kN. The overload tension is 1.25 times the rated tension, and the braking tension is no less than 1.5 times the rated tension.
3. Operation Requirements
The normal working load shall not exceed 80% of the rated tension. Sufficient safety margin is required for model selection.
