1. Preface
JCL (CLQ) series marine centrifugal ventilators are applicable for delivering fresh air, salt-laden marine air, and corrosive air containing oil vapour and trace acid steam generated by battery natural evaporation. They are widely used for ventilation and air exchange in ship machinery rooms, various cabins and other similar industrial spaces.
This series of ventilators is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB 11865-89Marine Centrifugal Fans and the Rules for the Construction and Classification of Sea-Going Steel Ships approved by China Classification Society (CCS).
2. Working Conditions
Medium temperature: -25℃ ~ +50℃
Maximum relative humidity: 95%
Periodical rolling: ±22.5°
Continuous transverse inclination: ±15°
Continuous longitudinal inclination: ±10°
Vibration: sustainable
Shock: sustainable
3. Characteristics
- Compact structure, small size and light weight
- Low noise and low vibration operation
- Excellent anti-corrosion performance
- Superior air tightness
- Small starting torque for stable startup
- High resistance against ship rolling, vibration and impact
4. Structural Type
The ventilator is available in horizontal and vertical installation types. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft extension for compact transmission structure.
The impeller adopts riveted aluminum alloy structure and undergoes precise static and dynamic balance treatment to ensure stable operation. The fan casing and air inlet are made of welded carbon steel with integral airtight structure, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
The ventilator supports left-hand and right-hand rotation options:
Left rotation (L): Viewed from the motor side, the impeller rotates counterclockwise.
Right rotation (R): Viewed from the motor side, the impeller rotates clockwise.
