1. GENERAL
JCZ(CZ) series marine axial-flow ventilators (hereinafter referred to as the ventilators) are designed to deliver conventional air, salt-laden marine air, and corrosive air containing trace oil vapour. The ventilators are mainly used for cabin ventilation and air exchange of ocean-going vessels, and are also applicable to other suitable industrial and marine working scenarios.
All units are designed and manufactured in accordance withGB 11864 Marine Axial Flow Fans and The Rules and Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships certified by China Classification Society.
2. WORKING CONDITIONS
The ventilators can operate stably under the following harsh marine environmental conditions:
Medium temperature: -25℃ ~ +50℃
Maximum relative humidity: 95%
Periodical swing: ±22.5°
Continuous transverse inclination: ±15°
Continuous longitudinal inclination: ±10°
Vibration: Adaptable to operational vibration
Impact: Adaptable to mechanical impact
3. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Openable fan casing for easy inspection and maintenance
Supporting reverse rotation operation
Excellent anti-corrosion performance suitable for marine salt spray environments
Superior resistance to swing, vibration and impact, ensuring stable operation under extreme ship working conditions.
4. STRUCTURE TYPE
The ventilator adopts a built-in motor structure. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft, featuring compact structure and high transmission efficiency.
The impeller is made of high-strength anti-corrosive cast aluminum alloy, and the fan casing is fabricated with welded carbon steel. According to customer requirements, the casing is available in two structural forms: integral type and axial open type. The impeller and motor are fixed on the movable half of the open-type casing, greatly facilitating on-site overhaul, inspection and spare parts replacement.
Viewed from the motor side, the impeller rotates clockwise in normal operation, and reverse rotation is fully supported as required.
The ventilator can be equipped with standard marine AC motors. Standard power specifications include 380V/50Hz and 440V/60Hz. Customized voltage and frequency parameters are also available to meet diverse ship power system requirements.
